Our bright and welcoming dance studio is available for both long-term rentals and one-time events. This spacious, well-maintained studio is ideal for dance classes, rehearsals, private lessons, workshops, fitness instruction, photoshoots, and creative gatherings.
The studio measures approximately 40’ x 16’, offering an open and versatile layout with plenty of room to move. The front of the space features a full-length wall mirror, with an additional mirror along the side near the entrance, providing excellent visibility for instruction and practice. Renters have access to three ballet barres, a built-in sound system, and a clean, professional environment designed for performers and instructors alike.
For convenience and comfort, the studio includes two private dressing rooms with mirrors as well as a restroom located directly within the studio space, making it perfect for classes, recitals, or special events.
We offer flexible rental options to meet your needs. Long-term rental agreements are available at a discounted rate, making this an excellent home base for ongoing classes or programs. One time rentals are also welcome for rehearsals, pop-up events, and short-term projects.
